PC muscle flexing is a form of penis exercise to regain the youth of your penis. The PC muscle here is the pubbocoxygennus muscle, which you squeeze to stop the flow of urine. This muscle is also responsible for ejaculation. A weak PC muscle can lead to poor erections, weak ejaculations, premature ejaculations, and even impotence. Don't worry, your PC muscle can still be trained back to become strong and youthful again. Here's how:
How to locate the PC muscle
The PC muscle is usually located between the scrotum and the anus. It is in the area of the body called the pelvic floor. To locate your PC muscle, use your thumb by licking it then put it between your scrotum and anus until your penis jumps. The area where your thumb was when your penis jumped is the PC muscle. If this method does not work, then try urinating and stop yourself in the middle of urinating. The tensed muscle here is the PC muscle. When you have sex, to stop yourself from ejaculation, you need to tense this muscle.
Performing PC muscle flex
PC muscle flexing is a nice exercise to do first before others as this will warm up you up even further. This also helps promote blood flow. After all your warm-ups, it would be a nice time to perform this exercise. Start by obtaining an erection by stimulating yourself in your own comfortable way. In a sitting position, flex or tense your PC muscle until you feel like your penis jumps for 3 seconds. This is what repetition is composed of. and as a beginner you can start with 50 to 100 repetitions per day until you reach up to 400. During your first exercise, you will notice that your penis will go down after a few repetitions. This is just normal. Only re-stimulate your penis when the erection goes down below 50 percent.
