Jelqing has been known as a way of penis stretching, milking, and massaging techniques said to increase penis length and width. The purpose of jelqing is to increase the blood that flows through the corpora cavernosa - this is the part of the penis that is spongy in nature. This can be achieved with the use of a milking technique, which will expand and stretch the cell walls allowing larger quantities of blood to enter the penis. Jelqing can increase the size of the penis both in the flaccid and erect state, but it is more noticeable in the erect state. Some say that penis size increase can already be seen in just a month, but you will need to jelq on a regular basis for jelqing to be effective.
Jelqing is not just done as what you've heard it. There are certain principles involved and here are some guidelines to follow when jelqing.
Before you start jelqing
Before you start jelqing or do anything that will change your penis, measure your penis first and keep a regular diary of this. It is also important to remember to warm up before jelqing or do any penis exercises. When warming up, first massage your penis until it is partially erect or semi-tumescent. Then soak a piece of cloth in warm water. This will be used to wrap around your penis. Let it stay there for 3 minutes. Repeat the same step, and let the warm cloth stay around your penis for another 3 minutes. You can also try warming up in a warm bath then massage your penis until it is partially erect.
The jelq
The first step in doing the jelq is to first put some lubricant on both your hands and penis while it is in semi-erect state. Using the forefinger and thumb of one hand, make an "okay" sign around your penis' base and firmly grip it. Now start a milking motion toward the end of your penis. When your first hand reaches the end of your penis, ready your other hand to make an "okay" sign and milk again with the other hand. Remember not to milk the glans penis. Do a continuous milking motion using both hands alternately.
You should be able to complete a sequence of 100 jelqs every 5 minutes. Gradually increase the number of jelqs every week until you can reach up to 500 jelq strokes each day.
